Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Linea Habit (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Personal Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s platform terms.

2. App Features and Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Some features may require internet access, iCloud, compatible devices, or a paid purchase.

3. Purchases, Trials, and Subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, free trials, and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and App Store policies.

Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment information.

If we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or misuse related to a purchase, we may limit or revoke access to paid features as permitted by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or exploit any part of the App except as allowed by law.

Circumvent or interfere with purchase, entitlement, security, or access-control mechanisms.

Use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, branding, text, graphics, and paid features, is owned by WJB Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy provided in the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WJB Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may update the effective date or provide notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
